East Coast Low

Last week, Sydney suffered under an east coast low pressure system which dumped a  month's worth of rain in one day on some areas. Wet, wild, windy and just plain miserable.

Yesterday, 5:00pm, looking east.

I glanced up from my desk and saw the clouds start to form behind the cathedral. Grabbed the camera and was taking shots in that direction when one of the Executive Directors wandered by and said why don't you go around to my office and on to the balcony. I did and this is what I saw.
