That's quite a structure and your photo gives it a special power...quite a town hall!
Really ... I dont think I have ever looked up. Is that behind the "for show" Town Hall where all the bureaucrats sit and make their petty rules about not leaving one's bin out longer than 23 hours?
Its the building immediately behind the Town Hall, entry across the plaza and down the steps.
