but someone has to do it. One of the distillers at Lark Distillery tasting the new batch of whisky to decide whether it should be bottled at 43%, 46% or 58% proof.


If you are ever in Hobart and are appreciative of a good single malt, I can highly recommend the guided tasting at the Lark shopfront and cafe. Its very easy to find - right next to the Tourist Information Office.
