A few days back I posted that one of my shots had been selected for a competition. I now need to get it printed in large format. This one:

Dilemma - do I go for gloss or matt finish? I'm tending towards matt, I think that's what I printed it in for class but no longer have the print.
Opinions?

I reckon matt - but that is all I ever get.
But I reckon matt in this case because it has a sense of texture about the finish. And this is not an image of norwegian wood and aluminium which might be good in gloss, but this is vegetable ... go the matt ...
Do you have a 'velvet' option? Used to get a velvet paper and it's more clear than matte but less hard than gloss. Would lend itself to the subject more than matte.
I'd say matte, IMHO.
