Nice photo of the lighthouse.Is it open for the public?
I don't think so but this one at the opposite end of the island is:http://annamog.blogspot.com/2011/04/mystery-solved.html and the view from the top is pretty good, althugh it was a very overcast day.

But it is not white!! How come is it not white?I like that little port hole. And the design of that doorway. Very cute. Like a home for people who live beneath the floor boards.
