Sky Watch Friday

Age of Aquarius - last Friday. I couldn't get Mars as well as it was very faint and just peeping over the top of the fence. I needed to be in a much better position (not freezing my arse off in the backyard) to get all 4 in the same shot. I'm pretty happy with what this camera can do hand held.

For more Sky Watch from around the world, drop in to the home of Sky Watch Friday.

Blazing spots of light in the vast darkness--impressive!

SKY DITTY

A little birdie told me,
Although I don’t know why,
That if I were to look up,
Way up into the sky,
I’d see some wondrous planets,
The moon and sun and stars –
There before my very eyes
Blazed Jupiter and Mars!
