That's sad. Not much shelter provided.
Sad on two counts...one because of the situation they are in (for whatever reason) and two because of the state that this historical area is left in.
Its tough for some.
Ann, I haven't photographed May Lane. I'm curious to see what's there now.
That's so horrible Ann, you can't imagine how this can happen in a country like this!
There are encampments like this scattered throughout Sydney. Try walking into St James station from the St James church tunnel.
