So, can you remember your settings? Spot metering, exposing for what ... the front rocks ... not for the back pyramid cause then the front rocks would be black too ... lovely exposture all the way through here, capturing such wonderful shades of black.

Not easy. Brava!

This is around the 'back' of the island. Did you take a boat trip? Covered in birds of various sorts, from memory.

Thanks. 1/125, F8, ISO 100. Evaluative metering (I rarely take it off this). Focus using centre point would have been as much as possible on the island. A lot was done in the conversion when I straightened it, darkened the shadows, brought up the contrast and brought out the island a lot more. Definitely taken from a boat (round island tour), the original has a bit of a lean on it. I was surprised it wasn't blurred, a lot of them were, it was a bit rough at times.
