Such curious flags. Were they promoting something or just there for decoration?

Jim, they are a Womadelaide institution, they have different ones each year, some new, some from previous years. There are grouped around the site.

The colours of these flags are so soft and pretty.
The banners almost blend in the sky, but there's enough color in them to catch the eye.Desert Sky
They are an odd shape - not rectangular. I like the points around the outsides, too!
