Choices

Too much choice and no one to give you any help or advice. Also when I did find someone to explain exactly what I needed to install my letterbox he treated me as though I was a stupid woman. I really don't like these places. They are also extremely user unfriendly if you don't have a car. Bring back the friendly, local hardware shop.

I can empathise with having too much choice. It takes you so much longer to decide what might be best.

I know what you mean, it's the way of it these days. Woolies claim they are going to fix that. Don't hold your breath.

A lost world and very unfriendly - agree.

We still have a local hardware shop but I also enjoy browsing in the big guys shop too ... a great place to window shop I reckon.

What happened to old fashioned helpful service?

Amen to bring back the local hardware! «Louis» gets a bad case of agoraphobia in these huge warehouse stores and he agrees that they are very user-UNfriendly!

We still have a local hardware store with very helpful staff, but the down side is that they are a bit more expensive.
