Several weeks ago, Julie of Sydney Eye and I spent a pleasant few hours visiting Garden Island, the home port for major naval fleet units based on the East Coast of Australia. One end of the island (fenced off from the base) is open to the public and houses a museum, cafe and various other bits and pieces, set amongst beautiful garden areas.
This is the small Rivercat type ferry that travels to and from the Island, only a few minutes from Circular Quay.

Great looking ferry, though I do think it reminds me of Stingray and Troy Tempest.
I didn't know there was a wharf tehre for teh ferry.
Great day out ~ that ferry looks so... stylish
Must get there one day, looks like the Louise Sauvauge - it can go quick.
