Ann, my star sculpture has been there for at least a couple of years. The first time I noticed it, it was a summer after Christmas and I thought it was a deco. Then I noticed it was there throughout the whole year, so it had to be a public sculpture. I looked around for a plaque and I've tried to google it but unfortunately I can't find any info about it.
