I looked up Womadelaide to find out what it is - Cool! A music festival held in Adelaide.The torn flag is interesting. Is it torn for a reason?

Yes, I can hear it too. nice shapes and nice colours especially against that brilliant sky.
We had wind this week to rip flags to shreds, but I doubt there were any photos taken as artistic as this one. The shadows, light and movement really work with this simple subject to make it spectacular.
