I must admit I very nearly forgot about theme day this month. Its amazing what you can find in the archive. He's not mine, I found him waiting for his master while I was wandering around town earlier in the year (possibly even last year).

He is gorgeous, even with his inflamed eye. The uglier the dog the better I reckon.
Not easy to find a cat this ugly!!
Why the long face, doggie?
He must have been waiting a long time.
I think he is soon giving up on waiting! Poor chap!
What a beautiful dog!The epitome of the "hang-dog" expression!
Interesting theme post.

oh what a mush face! i want to nibble on his velvety cheeks!
Ah, yes, dogs wait, and wait and wait for us. Such faithful, patient creatures. Lovely choice. Unusual to see an all white Boxer - they are so often blind and are usually (I hate to say) put down at birth(. Perhaps he had colour on his body.
You and I had the same idea for theme day, although mine has a Costa Rica twist, and I have added a story about it for the next few days. My theme day photo will not go live for about an hour, but I thought you would be interested to see that great minds must think alike.
My mother-in-law has an all white Boxer, but I have never seen him strike a pose like this.
now this is a classic and will be very popular for theme day. such a cute dog waiting patiently for the master. well done
Really a cute dog. I love its face.
Amazing theme for the day!

He seems so sad... waiting, waiting, waiting!
Well done!
A delightful portrait of a good-looking canine. Dogs WAITING is the picture of patience. I could use some of that myself!
Oh so patiently "waiting"... with his forehead wrinkled. Worrying? Thinking deep thoughts? Who knows? (I picked a dog for the waiting theme too.)

Enjoyed your post for waiting. I have a white boxer who sometimes gets this same look on her face.
The monkey is hanging.
