Art Deco

The original part of the Museum of Contemporary Art occupies the former Maritime Services Building at Circular Quay. There doesn't seem to be a lot of its Maritime History remaining however there is still the original Boardroom, now an exhibition room.

There is an art-deco tour of Sydney put on by the HHT, an when I took it back in 2009, it started with this building.

It is gorgeous isn't it? The bits that are left. Whereas the other one ... the other one ... is all dusty concrete.

I will be down there again Friday of next week for Vivid.
