So the graffiti is removed by a private contractor? hmm I used to drive one of those when I worked in livestock at Arkansas' Heifer Ranch (please see www.heifer.org). Rather slow but powerful.

I see cities using a lot more of these creatures. Easy to get around a small area, I suppose
