Very cute! Why are they tied up there? What are their owners up to?
That is rather cute: but also so very very sad.Look at that gorgeous doberman: tied up and with a muzzle but socialized to accept this without putting up a fuss.Whereabouts in CP is this?
They are tied to the fence of the children's playground. Their respective owners are inside with their kids. Julie - the playground is off to the left after you go in the gate at the top of Oxford Street.
This is attractive that,the dogs are imputation to parapet.
I've never seen such a thing! Great picture of life in the park.
