On the second morning of New Year, I could see the moon outside my bedroom window on the Gold coast.

You explained nicely about the blue month. I didn't realise it is what the Chinese believe in some years. there is an extra month.

Wonderful shot of the Blue moon. It was cloudy and raining here so we did not see it until the next day.
