Musings of a middle aged misfit.
What a lovely capture of this tree that has me so envious of Australians right now!
Jacarandas are so beautiful. I have one in my garden but I'm still waiting for it to flower. I drove through a town en route from Tassie to Cairns - the whole town is a street of jacarandas but now I forget the name of the place...it was simply amazing.
Jacarandas are one of the most beautiful trees, that we just don't get here. Oh yes, I have tree envy.
Jilly, the town was Grafton, on the North Coast of NSW. That was a mammoth trip - Tassie to Cairns. A bit like driving from Rome to Moscow - with a similar change to the weather.
