Sculpture by the Sea (13)

Tribute to a Workhorse, Belinda Villani. My father's love of horses stemmed from his migrant inner city childhood contact with the local workhorses rather than the romantic idea of the outback horse and rider. Woven rattan, steel.

There is an eclectic use of materials this year, more so than in previous years, I feel.

You asked about my settings. I have three. The naming is all mine. Here goes:

Standard
Sharpness 6
Contrast 3
Saturation 4
Tone 4

Portrait
Sharpness 6
Contrast 3
Saturation 2
Tone 2

Landscape
Sharpness 6
Contrast 2
Saturation 3
Tone 3

The limit for each category is:
Sharpness 7
Contrast 4
Saturation 4
Tone 4

The main thing to consider is the colouring of people in the portrait so I have kept Saturation and Tone down at 2.

Mostly the settings are what my eye likes. Often I forget to swap to the obvious choice for any given shot!
