Skyscraper Illuminati is a theatrical transformation of Sydney’s Circular Quay with five building illuminations coordinated with next generation animated lighting. Cast your eyes up here at AMP Building Sydney Cove to see the lighting effects ‘converse’ across Circular Quay Railway Station, Gateway, Sydney Harbour Marriott and Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. These giant facades form one large canvas and present a regular 20 minute show, created through a wireless IP network to show the very latest in low energy LED colour lighting technology.
32 Hundred Lighting, founded by Iain Reed, is one of Australia’s most innovative event lighting and audio companies. Reed brought his extensive live event, television and theatre production experience to build a business that is now sought after for state of the art multi media event productions. From fashion shows to charity events to Sydney New Year’s Eve installations, 32 Hundreds technical expertise and creativity deliver breathtaking light events.

I like this festival, and I like the effects on the city. I am just preoccupied this year. However, I also have a concern about the quantity of electricity that is used. I guess someone could prove to me that the total footprint of the festival is not much more than a two-bar radiator.
Snap! again. Yours is from a different perspective. :)
I follow the bright lights up, up, upward into the darkened face of the sky...
RED SKY IN MORNING
Red sky in morning,
Sailors take warning!
Who knows what might happen out on the sea?
Waves riding high,
Waves to the sky,
Waves crashing and dashing all over me!
Red sky at night,
Sailors delight!
Leeward or windward we sail with no fear;
Water is calm,
Healing like balm—
Ahoy, fellow sailors, landfall is near!

Great !!!
I've really enjoyed these pictures Ann, thanks.
Fantastic lights, great capture.
What an unusual festival of lights...I bet it is beautiful to stand and watch. The shot is awesome with all of its color against the black of the night. Stunning.
