Vivid - Positive Attracts by Edwin Cheong
These life size light statues have Infra Red sensors to detect when you are in close range and trigger their LED lighting effect. The artist wants the rainbow waves of colour to charge you, the spectator, with doses of optimism. Guess the real life heroes they are named after from the quotes at the base of each statue. Singaporean architect and sculptor Edwin Cheong is an environmental, kinetic, light-art artist, educator and writer. He holds a Master of Architecture and is a design and art lecturer. His interest in 3-dimensional arts sees him work with broad scope furniture, landscape and sculpture. He is the celebrated creator of Singapore’s 33ft tall Youth Olympic Games Commemorative Sculpture.

And fantastic.
Fabulous colours - fabulous works!
The shapes do justice to the colours here.
Re your comment. I knew about the domes being pack back on, but not the timeline. I am a member of HHT. I rate them highly as an organisation to help one know Sydney. Them and Maritime Museum, but I have lapsed with MM because their offerings are a bit repetitive.
They look awesome, Ann, and you managed to photograph them without crowds surrounding them. Excellent.
