This makes me think of an Old World pulpit in a big cathedral....the steps up to the lectern. The work work/metal work is gorgeous. So intricate in its design. Such a lovely capture in the black and white. genie

I used to work part-time many years ago in an old theatre in Sydney called the Palace Theatre! There was a tightly curved stairway leading from the lights at the top of the curtain down to the orchestra pit area! These stairs remind me of that feature with the ornate detail! Lovely photo!
