Wow! You captured so much of her. You have a wonderfully located office window. I do like the way you have managed to capture the light. It makes her look almost three-dimensional. Well done.

nice! Wide angle lens? And how did you get above the chapel?

Thanks, Julie. I may hate my job but I love the location.

ken mac - I'm on the third floor of a building across the road. This one is taken with the point and shoot so its not a particularly wide angle, only about 35 I think, not as wide as the SLR.

I am so glad you left it big till we could click and enlarge...man, that is a fabulous shot. I recommend to anyone to enlarge it. It is really good before but opened up it is magnificent.

A stunning picture of St. Mary's and the Sydney sky in all their glory. The cathedral is my favorite building in your city. In my year in Australia I often went to the Solemn Sung Mass (probably the only Israeli there) to learn and enjoy the "smells and bells" and the drama of the Catholic Church.
Thanks for this view from the other direction.
