You're right you know. We do live in a beautiful country - so long as you can find beauty in things that are not shades of green. Australia is red and olive.
My shots were taken at 5am on ANZAC Day. They are in sequence: in front of me - behind me - in front of me - behind me. I was in tears all the time.

Okay, looking south along George Street.
There is a massive shadow on the RHS that instantly reminded me of King Kong!
I have enjoyed your skyscraper series this week.
The towers in your city post today reflects the towers we lost on this date. It is a hard memory to keep but we must keep it I guess. Forever.
My sky watch photo is on my Canon Pixels Blog if you care to have a look.

Great photos for skywatch friday, like the way you can find the beauty between all the glass and steel structures of the city.
nice picture of the skyline
"Louis" likes the contrast between the buildings and that very clear blue sky.
"Louis" thanks you for your visit and comments. He's adding a link to your blog at his.
Very nice shot. Reminds me of the streets of New York. Today across the U.S. we remembered. A great image. Thank you for sharing!

Big cities and huge skyscrapers can always provide great photos since we see the beauty in them!

A different skyline to the one we are all used to seeing. And a blue sky. Yippee! Englands has been grey for the past few days.
Great shot. It was a beautiful day in town Friday, wasn't it?
